Who We Are

A group of Peruvian and Italian professionals (physicians / psychologists/ingeneers/sociologists /young managers/planners/agronomists/architects ) who started proposing and  implementing microprojets in some Andean villages, in the area of Bolognesi Province /Ancash /Cordillera Huayhuash and surroundings.

In the last 6 years we have concentrated our  efforts  in the village of Carcas (Chiquian /province of Bolognesi). where Community, School Parents  and School professors proposed to several projects.

AIMS  and  ongoing projects

General aims of  International Association for  Research Cooperation and Solidarity  are the following:

Famine struggle trough improvement of  labour and education skills of women and Community

Promotion and protection of the huge bio diversity, and the outstanding l environmental habitat(five different micro and macroclimates in the same area ) ,trough scientific projects and surveys in collaboration with Environmental studies and research Centers of American and European Universities.

Women’s dignity and equal opportunities

Women’s health improvement, basic nutrition principles and women’s rights   promoted .Trough small groups of  participants to loom /knitting and cooking courses.

Community /parents education and involvement  in the best practices of cultivating, building, using waste disposals and potable water.Trough self restoration of the school  buildings;the  involvement in the labour of a new building ( guest house for researchers and volunteers planned for the 2014 by AIRCS)

Children to parents education: trough after school activities for  children/adolescent : manual and intellectual skills. Managed by volunteers ,

Mountain tourism   implementation: through   improvemesnt of tourist ..(flusso)  / e segnaletica dei sentieri/

Guest house :to host volunteers ,researchers, anthropologists , sociologists, archaeologist( peruvian and others) who planned to researche the Bolognesi area (less well know than the Cordillera Blanca/Huaraz  area)

Help Huayhuash/ Bolognesi  local Associations to respect and protect their  area as a  paradise of biodiversity, untouchable  environment:  trough promotion of events, hiking, exhibitions, exopeditiosns, all  dedicated to Huayhuash and his territory

Some of the  Ngo’s  professors and professionals(UNI:University for Engeneering /Archietcure/Chemicals)) and La Molina (Agronomics)

are already  involved in  designing and promoting  prototipal development projects

Restauration of an health Center in the community of Pacllon

Restauration of a public building(now  used by the University of Huarz) in the main village :Chiquian

SCHOOL RESTAURANT and LABORATORY :Restored some large rooms in the very crumbling school , devoting to a children/adolescents laboratory  for natural sciences and school restaurant

SOLAR PANEL :connected to a wire and plugs to provide electricity for mobile recharge
